Integrity
I absolutely and sincerely value integrity and the last thing I want is for someone to feel robbed or cheated.
My expertise is in Corporate America, or Corporate. It's a somewhat nebulous defintion but if it's for an independently owned company that sells products or services for profit and their primary customers are either individual consumers, business or both, it's very likely you will get value from this guide as every company essentially is a copy/paste of another based on it's product and all job families and disciplines are generally universally defined.
I have ZERO experience outside of this. I have no idea how job search or career development works in areas like Government, Medicine, Legal, Military, Politics or Agriculture. I am also ONLY familiar enough with the U.S to be confident, though I have some experience in Canada and certain countries in Europe, so you are welcome to purchase the book at the lowest price and submit a discount if it does not fulfill your expectations.
Who am I?
After joining social media as a creator in early 2021, I used my significant experience in companies such as WebMD, Spotify, PwC and Electronic Arts as a Sr HR Business Partner to teach people how Corporate America "works" as it relates to employment. Everything from job search, interview mechanics, candidate selection, job family levelling, compensation, promotion, development and even terminations. The reason I am so confident in this is because this is what HR Business Partners do for organizations. I became overwhelmed with the response, growing to almost 170,000 followers within 2 years.
