Who Am I?

I became a content creator in early 2021 when I saw there was so much bad information that provided low value or even harmful misinformation in a critical job market so I began to create content on TikTok, Twitter and Instagram to provide real information and developed a reputation for giving people amazing content that helped them get significant increases in either their current or new roles.

Within months, I had amassed a following of more than 50,000 followers and had so many requests for personal coaching, resume, Linkedin, interview and compensation tutorials that I began offering personalized coaching and redesigns on a case by case by basis. (This is not my primary source of income, but rather I know how important this is, and I know there is so much misinformation that I take on clients as I can on a case by case basis)

I started my career in HR doing Benefit and Leave Administration before deciding to go into HR Management. I have worked primarily as a Business Partner and Senior Business Partner and Director HRBP for well known companies such as WebMD, EA Games and Spotify - I also managed an HRBP consulting business for a few years. These roles are essentially the backbone of org design, org design strategy and talent execution and as such become intimately aware of job family, development and hiring strategy. Most HRBPS are excellent resume writers, career coaches, Linkedin designers and compensation experts because that is what we drive for companies.

I was shocked and honored at how quickly my TikTok page grew and I have been honored to be both featured in and topic of articles from Buzzfeed, Protocol, Huffington Post, Daily Dot, HR Brew and People Management Magazine.
